Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Design Dragon ("we," "us") is a personal design-reference archive. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what the product needs to work.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and the display name you provide, used for sign-in and to label your archive.
- Content you save. The references you add — links, images, image URLs, copy, color palettes, fonts, tags, and notes — along with the categories and brains you organize them into.
- Pinterest data (only if you connect Pinterest). If you choose to connect a Pinterest account, we receive a read-only access token and use it to list your boards and import the pins from boards you select. We request the minimum scopes (boards:read, pins:read). We do not post to Pinterest or read anything beyond your boards and their pins.
- Technical data. Standard request logs and a sign-in session stored in your browser's local storage to keep you logged in.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: store, display, search, and organize your references.
- To import pins from Pinterest boards you explicitly select.
- To auto-categorize and tag the items you save (see "AI processing" below).
- To secure your account and operate the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers we share data with
- Supabase — our hosting, database, authentication, and file storage provider. Your account and saved content are stored here.
- Anthropic — when you save items, the title, source, and tags may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to suggest a category and tags. Saved content is processed for this purpose only and is not used to train models.
- Pinterest — only when you connect your account, and only to read the boards and pins you ask us to import, using the token you authorized.
- Vercel — serves the website. Standard access logs may be processed.
Pinterest access tokens
If you connect Pinterest, your access token is stored server-side and is never exposed to your browser or to other users. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored token. Revoking Design Dragon's access from your Pinterest account settings also invalidates it.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep your sign-in session active. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and content until you delete them or ask us to. You can delete individual references in the app, disconnect Pinterest to remove its token, or request full account deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete the content you've saved at any time from within the app.
- Connect or disconnect Pinterest at any time.
- Request a copy or deletion of your account data by emailing us.
Children
Design Dragon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
